Warranty
When your bike is repaired or serviced by Bikemekk we are given you 2 years of warranty that the repair or service should last and give your ride safety and comfort.
Warranty terms
Warranty is only valid to repair or services that Bikemekk has carried out, If something not related to the service that was done it can´t be claimed to the warranty. Parts that is sold together with a service or repair do also have warranty.
Parts that is wear and tear does not always have 2 years of warranty.
Typical wear and tear parts is;
brakepads, tires, innertubes, rims (if the bike has rimbrakes), shifting and braking cables and housings, drivetrain (cassette, chain and cranksets) and grips. Depending on how often the bike is used offcourse parts last different time.
On a normal bike a drivetrain can last more then 2 years, but on a e-bike with midmotor that is used every day all year around the drivetrain need to be changed on a regular basis to last.
Flat tyre is typical thing that Bikemekk can´t give warranty on. Even if we fix a flat tire and change innertube and control that the rimtape, rim and tire is in good conditions the rider can drive over something sharp 5 minutes after the bike was fixed.
Bikemekk want to make sure our customers feel safe and carefree when we fix their bikes. So if problems happen after a service or repair everybody should know that they can reach out and ask for support. Bikemekk´s goal is to reach for highest possible service and quality in the job that we perform.
To be able to claim warranty the customer need to be able to show a receipt on purchased service, repair or product.
The warrany is not valid if the bike has been involved in an accident.
